Harrison Square in North Downtown

The new condo development, Harrison Square, which is being built by those who originally intended to build a north Downtown highrise (the now defunct Harrison Lofts) in the Bicentennial Mall area. The condos sell from the low $200’s and feature a courtyard and garages. Notice the train passing on the “L-track” in the background. The tracks lay about 20 yards away from the development. I can hear train horns as they pass this way from where we live in Salemtown. If I were looking to buy one of these condos–unless my name were Rex Rexroth–I would make sure that the walls are plenty sound proof.
