Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum

I was driving into work this morning and listening to NPR when I heard them mention another museum in Nashville, but get this…it’s another music museum. It’s called the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum. Granted we have the Country one…this Musicians one and another one I know of that’s in the works. That will make THREE downtown in the next couple of years.

I mentioned it at work and the boss thinks it will be a good thing.

Is this blog dying? 4 posts by 7 authors in 7 days? Cat got your tongue?

Sorry, shortly after I posted that I split for the weekend.

Anyway, I don’t have any specific recommendations — I don’t live in Nashville anymore, so I tune in to see what’s up… To wit, not much.

I think it’s going to be a great museum. We always celebrate the person out front, the “star” so to speak, but little is known about those in the background or in the studio who give the stars their sound. This museum will put those people in the spotlight and make sure they are appreciated and not forgotten. I’m really looking forward to see that and hearing some of those “behind the scenes” stories.
