Have you seen this drink?

rfh-rasplemonade-sm.jpg It’s that time of year, my favorite-est drink is back, and, I’m having trouble finding it. This stuff is tasty. If you are into such things, I recommend it frozen into a slush like state, and, well, if you have some favorite adult beverage additives, those are good too. If you choose to drink it straight, it’s a little on the sweet side, so, it needs to be diluted with some water.

So please, dear readers (both of you), won’t you help me find some? Let me know if you spot any in the stores, preferably on the west side of town, but, I’m not averse to driving a bit if it means I get my sugary drink fix for the summer.

I have never spotted that in the store but I’ve made my own 3 times in the past month alone. Way on the tart side though.

You know, I have never seen that, but the only type of juice I buy for the kids is Old Orchard. They have an agreement with JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes) and their light juice has 75 percent less sugar. That has nothing to do with this, but it is interesting nonetheless.

Talk to the people at the customer service desk at your grocery; they may stock it for you. And, you could always make your own (when you’re not busy)! :)

They have a lot of it at the Harris Teeter on Hillsboro Rd. I saw there this morning.

Heh. What are you, head writer here?

This stuff looks good. I’ve never heard of it.

By the way. Give Penn Station another chance. We go there all the time and it never takes them more than five minutes to have our order ready. You can also call and order while you’re on the way, so that it’s ready when you get there. I don’t normally promote restaurants, but damn, their philly cheese steak is fabulous and their fries are to die for…

Oh, darn, Jordana beat me to it. The Harris-Teeter in Belle Meade was stocking it tonight.
