I’m not always this cranky

I submit that the parking lot at West End and 25th (Border’s, Starbuck’s, P. F. Chang, etc.) is a most cruel and unusual place around lunch time during the week. Anarchy rules, people would take a parking place from their own mother if Granny didn’t react quickly enough to get in there in the first place.

Don’t even start me on the seemingly random procedures of how to order, obtain and pay for food at Bread and Company during this time of day.

Curse my chicken salad and fruit tea, um, “problem”.

I always just park at Wendy’s and walk over.

I try to avoid West End between 11 and 1.

Bread & Company is weird. I love their food, but you really do have to jump through hoops to get through the “fill this out in triplicate” weirdness that is their ordering system.

Yknow they have a garage right behind the 2525 building. Free parking for 3 hours. It’s never been full when I’ve been down there.

Bread & co, however is also my demise. I always seem to end up there riiiight before closing, and sometimes they’ll give me desserts they would have thrown away, and that makes me happy.

I haven’t been there in a while, but I used to park in front on West End…always seemed to be a spot open.

I’ve parked at Wendy’s many a time and walked back to my car with Bread & Company sack in hand.

Don’t even use that parking lot. Use the huge parking garage around back, which costs nothing if you get your ticket stamped at one of the businesses. When I go to 2525, I don’t even consider the parking lot out front an option.

I quit using the parking lot when the vandy chick in the huge SUV tried to slam me into the honda civic behind me because a spot was maybe possibly opening, apparently, somewhere nearby. The garage always has free spots right by the pedestrian bridge on the 5th (I think) floor and is free. Unless you plan on eating for more than 3 hours.
