Going Back to Cuba
Just wanted to point out one of the best Nashville restaurants I’d never heard of: Back to Cuba Cafe. Today my roommate introduced me to this little gem, located at the corner of Trousdale and Harding Place, that serves amazingly tasty, no-nonsense Cuban staples. For lunch I chowed down on the roast pork with rice and black beans (best black beans I’ve ever had) and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. MetBloggers, what other ethnic eateries have you enjoyed recently?

That place rocks. One of my favorite restaurants in town.
Ooh, I think I might try that place sometime, thanks for the tip.
The last ‘ethnic eatery’ I’ve enjoyed was the ‘Chile Burrito’ which is kinda like Baja Burrito, you build your own, starting with the tortilla and up to the rice and beans and meat and such. I don’t usually like beans but inside this it was very good.
They have one on 2nd Ave. and one in Brentwood.
